Shipping policy

We are committed to your Chocolate cravings! We want our chocolates to melt in your mouth and not on their way to you. 

When an order is received, we ship them between Mondays and Wednesdays to avoid them from sitting in warehouses over the weekend.

If the order is placed from Thursdays through Sundays, we will ship them on the following Monday. We will contact you to let you know we're already working on your order.

Shipping out from our location in Cypress, Texas can be challenging specially during warm to high temperatures in the summer. We package our chocolates appropriately using keep-cool methods and we highly recomend to use the "express delivery" or "FEDEX Overnight" shipping services if you are located in a warm weather location (temperatures are above 70F) such as Florida, Texas, and southern parts of California, specially during the end of March through mid October.

Remember that someone must be present to receive the package and bring it inside immediately.
